البورصة تسترد ١٥ مليار جنيه من خسائرها

استردت البورصة المصرية لليوم الثانى على التوالى جزءاً من خسائرها، الناجمة عن انعكاسات «أزمة دبى» على أسواق المال المحلية والعالمية، فى الوقت الذى ساد فيه الهدوء تعاملات أغلب البورصات الخليجية المتأثرة بالأزمة.

ونجحت أسعار الأسهم فى البورصة فى استرداد نحو ٨.٨ مليار جنيه، ليصل إجمالى ما تم تعويضه خلال يومين إلى ١٥ مليار جنيه، من إجمالى خسائر يوم الاثنين الماضى البالغة ٥٦.٥ مليار جنيه.

يأتى هذا فى الوقت الذى سيطرت فيه أزمة دبى على اجتماعات اتحادات الأعمال العربية، وشدد الاتحاد العربى للتنمية العقارية على ضرورة تمسك إمارة دبى بالتقييم الحقيقى والأسعار العادلة لأصولها حال البيع بغية سداد مديونياتها البالغة نحو ٨٠ مليار دولار، رافضاً التسرع فى بيع بعض الأصول بأسعار متدنية تحت ضغوط طارئة.

وانتقد الاتحاد فى بيان له شركات المقاولات والتوريد الأوروبية التى «تتعسف» فى شروط المطالبة بمستحقاتها لدى دبى، مطالباً الشركات العربية أعضاء الاتحاد بإعادة النظر فى التعامل مع هذه الشركات.

وفى هذه الأثناء، كشف مصدر مصرفى مطلع فى الإمارات أن دائنى دبى شكلوا لجنة من ٦ بنوك أجنبية وإماراتية تجتمع الأسبوع المقبل، لبحث كيفية سداد المديونيات.

وعلى صعيد الاستثمارات العربية، تبدأ الهيئة العامة للاستثمار المصرية جولة خليجية للترويج للفرص المتاحة فى مصر، فى الوقت الذى توقع فيه خبراء تدفق رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية إلى مصر بعدما وصفوه بـ«تراجع» الجزائر عن سياسة تحرير الأسواق وأزمة ديون دبى الأخيرة.

وقال مصدر مسؤول فى هيئة الاستثمار إن الهيئة ستقوم بجولة ترويجية لطرق أبواب الكويت وعمان والبحرين خلال الفترة المقبلة.

الذهب يواصل جنونه.. و«عيار ٢١» يكسر حاجز الـ١٨٦ جنيهاً

واصل الذهب تحطيم الأرقام القياسية للأسعار، بشكل شبه يومى، وسجل عيار ٢٤ نحو ٢١٢ جنيهاً، وقفز عيار ٢١ إلى ١٨٦ جنيهاً، وسجل عيار ١٨ بـ١٥٩ جنيهاً بخلاف الضريبة والمصنعية. وبلغ متوسط سعر الأوقية فى السوق العالمية ١٢١٤ دولاراً فى المعاملات الأوروبية، فى ظل استمرار صعود اليورو مقابل الدولار. وتوقع مراقبون أن تواصل أسعار المعدن النفيس الارتفاع خلال الشهرين المقبلين، نظراً للإقبال الواسع من حكومات بعض الدول على شرائه وتخزينه كقيمة مضافة فى مواجهة الأزمات المالية، وحدد المراقبون حاجز الـ١٥٠٠ دولار سعراً للأوقية خلال الفترة المقبلة، وهو ما يعنى وصول سعر الجرام ٢١ إلى ٢٠٠ جنيه، وأعربوا عن اعتقادهم بأن أزمة دبى كانت من الأسباب الرئيسية لارتفاع أسعار الذهب، بعد أن بات ملاذاً آمناً للحكومات والأفراد. وقال شريف السرجانى، رئيس شعبة تجارة المشغولات الذهبية باتحاد الغرف التجارية، إن أسعار الذهب تقاوم تراجع الطلب محلياً.

البورصة تهبط ٨٪ تأثراً بـ«أزمة دبى».. وخسائر الأسهم ٥٦.٥ مليار جنيه

فقد المؤشر الرئيسى للبورصة المصرية، خلال تعاملات جلسة أمس، أولى الجلسات عقب العودة من إجازة عيد الأضحى، ٥٠٧ نقاط، بهبوط ٧.٩٧٪، تأثراً بأزمة دبى والمطالبة بتأجيل سداد ديون بمليارات الدولارات، فيما يعد أكبر هبوط فى تاريخ المؤشر منذ أكثر من عام، وانخفض مؤشرا الأسعار ٦٪ بعد هبوط أسعار إغلاق ١٧٧ ورقة مالية مقابل ارتفاع ورقة واحدة فقط «القاهرة للزيوت والصابون».

وزاد من حدة الهبوط اتجاه المستثمرين العرب نحو البيع المكثف تخوفاً من امتداد تأثير أزمة دبى على الأسواق المالية العالمية والمحلية، فيما فشلت مشتريات المصريين فى وقف نزيف الخسائر، كما تحول المستثمرون الأجانب للشراء مع الإغلاق بدلاً من البيع بداية الجلسة، وفقد رأس المال السوقى للبورصة «عدد الأسهم المقيدة مضروباً فى أسعارها» ما يزيد على ٥٦.٥ مليار جنيه، حيث بلغ ٤٨٦.٣ مليار جنيه، مقابل ٥٤٢.٨ مليار، نهاية التعاملات قبل إجازة العيد.

واستحوذت المؤسسات على ما يقرب من نصف التعاملات الإجمالية التى تجاوزت ٧٢ مليار جنيه بفعل صفقة نقل ملكية بقيمة ٧١ مليار جنيه على أسهم أوراسكوم جولدن ماتريال من شركة لافارج، إلى أحد الصناديق التابعة لها، وكانت الدقائق الأولى من جلسة البورصة، أمس، مفزعة للمستثمرين، خاصة أن المؤشر فقد خلالها ما يزيد على ٤٣٠ نقطة بفعل هبوط الأسهم القائدة، خاصة أوراسكوم للإنشاء، التى تم إيقاف التداول عليها لمدة نصف ساعة فى بداية الجلسة بعد هبوطها بما يزيد على ١٠٪، وكسر المؤشر الرئيسى خلالها حاجز ٦ آلاف نقطة ليعود لمستواه خلال يوليو الماضى، وأوقفت إدارة البورصة التداول على أكثر من ١٠ شركات لمدة نصف ساعة بفعل الهبوط بنسب تجاوزت ١٠٪.

من جانبه، قلل ماجد شوقى، رئيس البورصة، من تأثير أزمة دبى على السوق المصرية، قائلاً: «إن معامل الارتباط كاقتصاد بين السوق المصرية وسوق دبى لا يتجاوز ٠.٧٪ فيما تزيد النسبة بشأن البورصة إلى ما يزيد على ١٪ بفعل احتساب المستثمرين العرب، موضحاً أن انخفاض أمس يأتى نتيجة طبيعية لانخفاض شهادات الإيداع الدولية للشركات المصرية المقيدة ببورصة لندن الجمعة الماضى،

وأضاف شوقى لـ«المصرى اليوم»: «إن الأسواق الآسيوية خلال تعاملات أمس، ارتفعت، فيما يشير إلى تحسن السوق خلال الجلسات المقبلة نتيجة للتأثر غير المباشر بالسوق الآسيوية».

من جهة أخرى، أجمع خبراء ومحللو أسواق المال، على أن تأثير أزمة دبى على السوق المصرية سيكون فى المدى القصير فى ظل تحركات لاحتواء الأزمة، مشيرين إلى أن هذه الأزمة لا تعنى اقتصاد دولة فقط وأن الأسواق تستطيع عبورها بسهولة.

وقال خالد الطيب، عضو مجلس إدارة شركة بايونيرز: «إن الشركات المصرية التى تعمل فى سوق دبى كلها تعمل فى مجال السمسرة، بما يشير إلى محدودية التداعيات عليها»، وأشار إلى أن التأثير على البورصة المصرية يأتى بفعل العوامل النفسية، متوقعاً انتهاءه فور هدوء الأوضاع خلال الجلسات القليلة المقبلة، وتوقع عيسى فتحى، العضو المنتدب لشركة أمان لتداول الأوراق المالية، تلاشى تأثير أزمة دبى خلال الأيام المقبلة، مؤكداً أن الأجانب قادوا الهبوط أمس
